Delivery Information

Where do we deliver?
Goalpost Ireland deliver our products and services throughout the 32 counties of Ireland with our own delivery fleet.

Our delivery time frame can be confirmed after order and payment received. Please allow sufficient time if goods are required before a specific date.

Items from our accessories and nets range can be shipped by courierĀ  or an post which generally takes 1-4 working days.

Goalposts CANNOT be delivered by standard courier service.

Where specific carriage charges are listed, these are for a single unit. If ordering multiple items please contact us for a price for delivery.

*Please note in the interest of safety for both our drivers and customers no signature will be sought at delivery during COVID-19 pandemic. Customer acknowledgement of receipt of goods on the day will be deemed as acceptance of delivery with no missing items and no damage*

Can I Collect?
All items can be collected from our premises @ Goalpost Ireland, Tallow Co. Waterford P51N79T with prior arrangement. Please note suitable transport will be required as these products can be bulky to transport.

Do you Export?
We serve markets in the United Kingdom, Europe, America and many more (delivery only). You will not be able to complete an order for goods for export online it will send us a copy of your order to quote for carriage costs. We would be glad to advise and quote you for our products and services for export.

How to deal with Damages/Missing Items/Returns:
Damage or missing items must be advised within 3 days of date of receipt. It is the responsibility of the recipient to check goods received before signing for them. Any shortfall or damage must be put in writing on the dispatch note for claims to be met.

Returns:

  • Notification of return must be provided in writing before goods are sent back.
  • Returns will only be accepted where goods are received back in saleable condition.
  • Refunds will be made once inspection of items has been carried out.
  • These conditions do not apply where there is a justifiable complaint relating to the quality of the goods supplied.
